Event Participation Terms

1. Registration for events is binding and payment is due upon registration.

2. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.

3. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

4. No-shows will not be refunded.

Safety Requirements

1. All participants must follow safety instructions from event organizers.

2. Life jackets must be worn at all times when on the water.

3. Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their safety.

Photography

1. By participating, you agree that photos/videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes.

2. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers.

General Safety Rules

1. All boaters must wear life jackets at all times while on the water.
2. No alcohol consumption before or during boat operation.
3. Check weather conditions before departure.
4. Ensure the boat has all required safety equipment before use.
5. Stay within designated sailing areas.

Emergency Procedures

1. In case of emergency, call the club emergency number immediately.
2. Use the provided flares and signaling devices if needed.
3. Follow all instructions from club staff and rescue personnel.

Equipment Requirements

1. All boats must have: Life jackets for all passengers, whistle/horn, paddle, and first aid kit.
2. Check fuel levels and engine condition before departure.
3. Report any equipment issues immediately to club staff.
